Order Acceptance Policy

Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Inside Outside Pets.com reserves the right to either accept or decline any order for any reason. Inside Outside Pets.com reserves the right to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered.

It is customer's responsibility to verify accuracy and completeness of an order by reviewing order confirmation email, open your package and inspect upon receipt. Inside Outside Pets.com Is not responsible for non-receipt of communication emails due to incorrectly entered email address, spam block or any other email failures. Order can be changed or cancelled per customer's request only if status is pending or backordered and not yet shipped. To cancel orders please send an email to customer care. Refunds are issued 5 to 7 working days after an order is canceled.

Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders:

Most orders placed with Inside Outside Pets.com that are "in-stock" usually ship 1 to 5 days until the item ships Because of this, Insideoutsidebeds.com  does not guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order('s) with "in-stock" items. CUSTOMER CARE as soon as possible. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order.

Pre-Shipping Cancellations for "Backordered" Items: Backordered items may ship at any time. Because of this, Inside Outside Pets.com does not guarantee cancellations on any orders containing back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation request for orders that have backordered item’s by email to info@insideoutsidepets.com. Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.

Returns & Replacements


Since we are in business because of our customers, we try and resolve any problems or concerns that may develop during the purchase process. We want you to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through Inside Outside Pets.com and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:

Insideoutsidebeds.com  offers a 10 DAY RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from Inside Outside Pets.com on an approved case by case basis, provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX. Inside Outside Pets.com reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on any merchandise returned. Inside Outside Pets.com will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”.  Customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. Inside Outside Pets.com will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Customer will email info@insideoutsidepets.com the tracking number within 24 hrs of return pickup.  Due to various manufacturer restrictions and polices on merchandise returns, all sales are final on the following, but not limited to these items. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for product repairs or replacements: All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. There is a 30% restocking fee Plus all shipping Costs on returned orders, It’s only free shipping if you keep the order!  Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused.  All items will be inspected to insure the product is in resaleable condition.  Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.

Receiving Incorrect Merchandise:

Please Contact info@iInsideoutsidebeds.com Please include item code of the product you did receive. We will immediately take care of any miss-ships that are sent.  A return label will be issued. The product must be returned unopened in saleable condition.

Defective or DOA Merchandise:

We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but at the same time you have to realize that it is not our fault either if a product is defective or damaged in shipping, we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our competitive low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you want to return a defective unit, for a refund the shipping and handling charges will be non-refundable, and there will be a restocking fee. If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or we can file a damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. Please make sure to provide your order number. Before we reship or refund the claim with the courier must be resolved.
